This Privacy Policy describes how Kakuro Daily (the “App”), developed by Noyly (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile Kakuro puzzle game on Android (and other platforms where the App is offered).
1. Summary
The App is offered to users aged 13 and older on Google Play. It does not require you to register with your name, email, or phone number to play. Most game progress is stored on your device. If you choose optional Google Sign-In, we store gameplay progress (including statistics) and related cloud data. Third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing) may process additional technical or purchase-related data as described below.
Cloud features (sign-in, purchases): You must be at least 13; ages 13–17 need parental/guardian consent; ages 18+ may proceed on their own.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Data stored on your device (local)
- Game progress, settings, statistics, hints, and puzzle state
- Purchase status flags (e.g., ad-free subscription or lifetime unlock)
2.2 Optional Google Sign-In and cloud data
If you sign in with Google, we may process and store in Firebase (Firestore):
- Firebase Authentication user identifier (UID)
- Cloud game progress (puzzle completion records, daily challenge records)
- Timestamps related to the above
2.3 Automatically collected data (third-party SDKs)
- Google AdMob — device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction, and signals used for ad delivery and measurement
- Firebase Analytics — app usage events, device and app instance identifiers
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and stability reports
- Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore — when you use Google Sign-In or cloud features
- Google Play Billing — purchase and subscription status; we do not receive your full payment card details
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve gameplay, cloud progress sync, and App features
- Display optional advertisements (unless you have an active ad-free purchase)
- Process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and analyze App performance
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we rely on: Contract, Legitimate interests, and Consent.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers under their own policies, including Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Play Billing). We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data Retention
- Local data: until you clear app data or uninstall the App
- Cloud data: until you delete your account in the App or we no longer need it
- Analytics and ad-related data: per Google/Firebase retention schedules
7. Data Security
Data transmitted between the App and our cloud or third-party services is protected using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Play without Google Sign-In (limited cloud features)
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us
9. Account Deletion
When signed in with Google, open Settings → Delete account. Upon successful deletion, your Firebase Authentication account and Firestore data are removed from our servers.

11. Children’s Privacy
The App is listed on Google Play for audiences 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Cloud features require age 13+; ages 13–17 need parental consent.
12. International Transfers
Google and Firebase may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
