Privacy Policy for Sudoku Pentathlon

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sudoku Pentathlon (the “App”), Android package com.noyly.sudoku_pentathlon, published by Noyly Games and operated by Noyly (노일리, the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile Sudoku game on Android (and other platforms where the App is offered).

1. Summary

The App is offered to users aged 13 and older on Google Play. It does not require you to register with your name, email, or phone number to play. Most game progress is stored on your device. If you choose optional Google Sign-In, we store a display nickname, gameplay progress (including XP, achievements, and statistics), and daily ranking data in the cloud. We do not sign you in automatically when you open the App; sign-in runs only when you choose it. Third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing) may process additional technical or purchase-related data as described below.

Cloud features (sign-in, leaderboard, purchases): You must be at least 13; ages 13–17 need parental/guardian consent; ages 18+ may proceed on their own. Before using these features, the App shows an in-app notice; tapping confirm means you attest that any required consent has been obtained (Section 11).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data stored on your device (local)

This data stays on your device unless you use cloud features below or uninstall the App (which removes local app data).

2.2 Optional Google Sign-In and cloud data

If you sign in with Google, we may process and store in Firebase (Firestore):

Cloud sync runs only while you are signed in. Guest play remains on your device unless you choose to sign in.

Google may provide account information according to your Google account settings and Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Automatically collected data (third-party SDKs)

The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect data such as:

2.4 In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only what Google provides to the App (such as product ID, purchase state, and subscription renewal status) to unlock ad-free features. We do not store payment card numbers. Refunds and subscription management follow Google Play policies.

  2. Tap Ad privacy choices (or the equivalent label in your language)
  3. Update your preferences in the Google consent screen (accept, reject, or allow non-personalized ads only, depending on options shown)
